North & South Loops of Carlisle Reservation
The Carlisle Equestrian Center welcomes equestrian riders with their horse carts/carriages on restricted dates.
These are for individual riders only.
Registration is not required and this program is open to the public.
Horse carts/carriages are only permitted on the North and South Loop trails at
the Carlisle Equestrian Center, located at 13630 Diagonal Rd., LaGrange 44050

Meet at the enclosed pavilion at 3 p.m. for desserts.

Scheduled Trail Maintenance

Scheduled Trail Maintenance
Volunteers needed to clean up the trails at Charlemont.
Meet at the New London-Eastern Rd. Trailhead at 9 a.m.
Then if needed, we move to Wellington Reservation.
Afterward, a stop at Dairy Queen for ice cream.

Oak Openings Camping at Reed Road Wrangler Camp
May 16th - 18th, 2025
Oak Openings Camping at Reed Road Wrangler Camp,
13811 Reed Road, Swanton, Ohio.
Water on site, high lines, pit toilets, no showers, pavilion.
Pot Luck Saturday.
Fee to camp.
There's only space for 18 horses (not rigs).
Directions to Camp.
West on Turnpike to Swanton Road Exit.
Go West or right on Rte. 2.
Take Rte. 2 to Rte 64.
Make a left, Go about 2 miles on Rte. 64.
Look for pipe fencing with a lot of evergreens on your right (west side of road).
Wrangler Camp is the second driveway in between two houses.
Reservations will be taken at the March 17th membership meeting.

Ride out at 11a.m.
Directions to Wetmore Road Trailhead:
Take Rte. 303 to the city of Peninsula.
At the light (Akron-Peninsula Road) go South.
Go past Quick Road, the next road is Wetmore Road, can only turn left.
Trailhead will be on the left.
Trailhead parking is located here.
Ride out at 11a.m.
